Senior Private Client Fee Earner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with over six years of post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded Wills, Trusts, and Probate team. This full-time position is based at the firm’s picturesque Chester office and offers a diverse caseload, including wills, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of Private Client Law matters, including wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, estate administration, tax, and Court of Protection matters. This role requires the ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision while contributing to the firm’s continued success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in the field, along with a strong background in the relevant practice areas.
