Employment Solicitor – 3 Years PQE – Northampton (Hybrid Working)
Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor (3+ years PQE) looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? A well-regarded law firm in Northampton is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their growing Employment Law team.
The Role:
- Handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Advising employers and employees on workplace disputes, contracts, redundancies, and TUPE
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunals
- Supporting senior solicitors on complex cases and supervising junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years PQE with a strong background in Employment Law
- Experience handling both advisory and contentious employment matters
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
