The Role:
You will manage a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and developments. Clients include businesses, investors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling commercial property transactions from start to finish
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and agreements
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and developments
• Managing landlord and tenant matters
• Conducting due diligence and title reviews
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Staying updated on property law and industry trends

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE
• Strong technical expertise in commercial property transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
