The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Managing re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Working on new build purchases and shared ownership transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is committed to delivering high-quality client service. You will:

• Have proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload
