Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced Compliance Officer looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing law firm? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal policies to ensure our firm operates to the highest legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities: ? Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
? Managing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
? Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
? Handling client due diligence (CDD) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks
? Providing compliance training to staff and keeping them up to date on regulations
? Investigating potential breaches and reporting where necessary
? Acting as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies

About You: ? Experience in compliance within a law firm or legal environment
? Strong knowledge of SRA Code of Conduct, AML, and GDPR
? Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Ability to communicate compliance matters clearly to all levels of staff
? Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
