Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced RTA Solicitor!

My client is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RTA Solicitor to become part of our rapidly expanding firm. If you’re looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to manage a high-quality caseload, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities: As a key member of the RTA department, you will handle a diverse range of claims, managing them from inception through to trial. You will leverage your extensive experience in RTA work to provide excellent service to clients and ensure a seamless claims process.

What they’re looking for:

At least 2 years’ experience as an RTA Solicitor or Fee Earner
In-depth knowledge of RTA law and proven ability to manage claims independently.

Experience in handling claims arising from RTA accidents

Excellent client care and relationship management skills

Proficient in IT and case management systems (experience with Proclaim is an advantage but not essential)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
