The Role:
I am seeking a Senior Solicitor to join this Regulatory Team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced legal professional to work on high-impact cases involving health and safety breaches, trading standards offences, food hygiene violations, planning offences, and healthcare proceedings brought by professional bodies. For the right candidate, there are opportunities to progress to Partner level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to businesses and individuals on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Defend clients against investigations and prosecutions brought by statutory bodies, local authorities, and professional regulators.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and manage cases involving significant financial and reputational risks.
• Support businesses in implementing effective systems and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Offer strategic guidance to clients to minimise the impact of regulatory challenges.
