As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a skilled and passionate Criminal Solicitor to join their expanding team in Liverpool.

Role Overview:
I am looking for a highly motivated Criminal Solicitor who is both Police Station Accredited and Duty Qualified. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal law, with a particular focus on motoring offences. You will play a key role in representing clients from the initial stages of police investigations through to court proceedings, ensuring the best possible outcome for each case.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients charged with motoring offences.
• Attend police stations and represent clients during interviews, ensuring their rights are protected.
• Manage and prepare cases for court, working closely with clients to build a robust defence.
• Represent clients in court, providing advocacy in both magistrates’ and crown courts.
• Maintain and build upon our firm’s excellent reputation, contributing to our high success rate.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current Practicing Certificate.
• Police Station Accreditation and Duty Solicitor qualification.
• Strong experience in criminal law, with a focus on motoring offences.
• Excellent advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, with strong attention to detail.
• A commitment to providing the highest standard of client care.
