This client prides themselves on providing top-notch legal services across two duty solicitor schemes in Cumbria: North Cumbria and West Cumbria and holds more than 100 years of collective experience! With a focus on Crown Court Litigation, they have an in-house Barrister handling advocacy, allowing duty solicitors to concentrate on their core responsibilities.

The successful candidate will primarily support operations in West Cumbria, covering Courts in West Cumbria, Carlisle, and Penrith. We currently occupy approximately 60% of the rota in West Cumbria, and this vacancy is to replace a member of that rota.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, out-of-hours duty callouts attract a supplementary payment to duty solicitors for unsociable work.
