Job Summary:
A reputable legal practice is looking for a Solicitor to join its Litigation department. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career with hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation. You will handle a variety of cases, represent clients in court, and refine your legal skills in a supportive environment under the guidance of experienced solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management:
    • Handle litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes.
    • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
  • Client Representation:
    • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
    • Attend client meetings and collaborate on case strategies.
  • Legal Research & Analysis:
    • Perform legal research and analyze legal issues to support case strategies.
  • Document Management:
    • Organize case files and ensure accurate submission of legal documents.
