Private Client Solicitor

We are delighted to assist a reputable and long established Saffron Walden law firm in their search for a Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE.

With a wide range of employee benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, dedicated, and hardworking Lawyer who can manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, and as a forward thinking form that enjoys progressing it’s employees there are definite partnership prospects for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will join a busy Private Client team and responsibilities will include preparing LPAs and Wills, providing IHT advice, handling the administration of estates and trust work, and managing Deputyship applications. Although STEP accreditation is preferred, it’s not an essential requirement, although a client focused and empathetic approach is.

There will also be involvement in the business development of the department.
