Private Client Solicitor (3 years + PQE)

Their Private Client department is the largest in the firm, and they are extremely busy, which offers opportunity for departmental as well as individual professional growth. With excellent benefits including hybrid working, they now have an opportunity for a 3 year + PQE Solicitor to join their Private Client team in Haywards Heath.

As an experienced Private Client Solicitor, you’ll be joining a dynamic team and have the opportunity to help shape the future of the Private Client department. 

You will be managing a diverse caseload to include the following matters:
 

• Drafting wills
• Probate and estate administrations
• Inheritance Tax planning and trusts
• Powers of Attorney

The ideal Private Client Solicitor will have:
 

• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• An organised approach in order to run a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• Ability and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the department
• Co-operative and helpful attitude within a team environment
• Diligent and conscientious approach to work

Skills Requirements:
 

• Minimum of 3 Years PQE
• PC literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
